Eager to create and cultivate on the West Coast, The Book Bank Foundation hit California by the golden Tower Bridge of Sacramento. Its local founders collaborated with Carol’s Bookstore of Del Paso Heights in 2019 and implemented an innovative food program called GOURMET TO THE STREETS… where local chefs and volunteers bring a unique culinary experience to less fortunate families and homeless residents of the greater Sacramento area.
